As a volunteer driven organization, we depend on many people to assist with all areas of a production. We are always in need of volunteers to help with stage construction, ushering, back stage assistance, and marketing. We are currently seeking a volunteer to act as our volunteer coordinator. Please see the job description below:

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR:
The volunteer coordinator is responsible for assisting with volunteer management. This position responds to general volunteer inquiries, and then directs them to the appropriate personnel. The coordinator will also assist with the following volunteer management duties:

• Outreach: recruitment of prospective volunteers in the areas of set construction, back stage assistance, costuming, and front of house among others
• Volunteer database management
• Assign and coordinate poster distribution in the West Seattle neighborhoods
• Help coordinate the sales of ads to local businesses for the summer production
